Bunny questions

When will I receive my order?

Currently we have a processing time of  7 - 14 business days to ship. Once it is shipped, it can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive to your home (this not something I can control, it is totally up to  USPS).

For international orders, the processing time is the same but the delivery may take 5-10 business days (depends on each country and their postal service)

What are your shipping fees?

We now send every order with tracking included.

**United States**

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL WITH TRACKING: $3.95

USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE : $8.00

 

**Canada and all other countries**

CANADA USPS  INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS WITH TRACKING: $6.50

USPS  INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS WITH TRACKING: $9.50

 

IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE AND YOUR ORDER GETS LOST, DAMAGED OR ARRIVES WITH MISSING CONTENTS, WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR ORDER OR ISSUE A REFUND. 

For orders with merchandise the price is $10.45 due to the fact that you will receive two separate packages, one for stickers and one from my print on demand service. 

    Can you combine my orders?

    Unfortunately, No. We are no longer combining orders due to the high volume of sales. It is very time consuming to look through orders since we pack orders from oldest to newest.We hope you understand and still love our bunnies. 

    I forgot to add my coupon code, can you refund me the difference?

    Unfortunately, No. Once you place your order we are not able to apply a coupon code or refund you for the difference. Please take your time at checkout and make sure all your information is complete.

    I forgot to create an account before placing my order, can you add my carrot points if I create one?

    Unfortunately, No. Once you place your order as a visitor we are not able to add carrot points. 

    Do you take custom orders?

    We are not taking custom orders at the moment.

    But I do have a suggestions list on my Facebook group. I regularly make new stickers from there. Go join at www.facebook.com/groups/rainbowbunnyco


    How to cancel an order?

    Please contact me with the contact form or by emailing customerservice@rainbowbunnyco.com with your order # and reason for cancelling. You may send a cancel inquiry as long as you have not received a shipping notification. 

    Would you like to be a sponsor for our meetup?

    Most of the times my answer is yes, but depends on the work load of the time requested. Please send an email to sponsorship@rainbowbunnyco.com with more details on the meet up. ♥
